Big problems with upper management, I feel like a slinky and need serious advice.?

Ok so here is the story I am a 17 year old working for this company as their tech administrator. In the last year I have been layed off twice, and they have then brought me back twice. I am one week in from being brought back and problems are allready brewing. My boss (COO) supports me completly, and the other managment (CFO), (CEO) and executive assistent also supported me in the begining. Now things have changed and the rest of the company seems to be against my boss. Things are really bad but the board continuasly turns their back on the whole thing. I was advised yesterday that the upper managment minus my boss are trying to get rid of me. I have done nothing wrong, I am overqalified for my pay and very polite. I feel as if I am often a scapegoat for other managment when something technical (computers) goes wrong ( and it is really their fault). I really love my job, but I am just very flusterated with the situation.

What would you do in my shoes?

Thanks

It depends. Are you going to college? If so, then don't worry about it.
Reply:Everyone needs to put the blame on someone else, especially management, they do not want to look foolish to their superiors or other mangers. I would advice trying to lay low, talking to them in a meeting type fashion, or look for another job if you feel you aren't being paid well enough and you are over qualified. You do not want to work for a company where you are not happy with, especially if they are going to lay people off and then rehire. It sounds like they are having serious problems meeting short-term goals and looking at more tactical problems rather than strategic (short term rather than long term). Hope things go well for you.
Reply:My brother does what you do and he's had to deal with this as well. He finally got a more permanent position and they love him or so I hear. It doesn't sound like there is much you can do. Just be polite and deal with it. Look for another job. You shouldn't have problems finding another one? Stand up for yourself when you can. Set the record straight.
