How can I break in my new shoes? The sole is kind of hard and the upper leather cuts into the top of your feet

My friend has the same shoes and they are very flexible and the leather on the upper is extremely soft. They're way more comfortable than mine.

Is there a way to break them in quickly?

Here are the shoes...

Firstly, if they are cutting in at the top, take them to a local cobbler and ask him to stretch them. It will take a few days though. Otherwise, ask him aif he has anything that will soften the leather. Then wear them at home for a few hours every night before you need to wear them for a full day.
Reply:you can get like leather softener or something like that...and just wear them w/ thicker socks as much as possible
Reply:You can take them to a shoe repair shop %26amp; have them stretched.
