I can't afford new shoes right now so I want to repair where my old sneaker uppers are pulling away from the sole in a couple of places. I live in Tampa where we get rain every afternoon so I need a mend that will be water-proof. What kind of glue will do the job?

go to the shoe department of any k-mart or target store and look for a tube called "goop" (maybe not the correct spelling) but the stuff really works. ask the clerk if you have problems.
Reply:go to your local Michale's arts and crafts and ask for E6000 glue it works wonders on anything that needs glued and is 100% waterproof

Reply:they have a glue called shoe glue i got it a walmart before it works great for doing what your are doing
Reply:Use "gorilla" glue sold at most stores, just read directions first.
