Should female torso nudity be legalized?

If I walk outside in the summer on a hot day with a bare upper body, I will be arrested for indecent exposure. Yet a man, who has nipples and all the works, can do all the time. Isn't that sexist discrimination and therefore unconstitutional?





On a side note...no shirt, no shoes, free bagels.

Yes... It is discrimination... I, specially find discriminatory, when a mother is breast-feeding her child... She's feeding the baby, that's not indecent; yet some people think that that should not be done in public...


I guess male nudity (except for the pennis) is socially accepted... I think this "discriminations" only make sexism to remain the same, in the best of cases; but it doesn't solve the problem... Sexism exists and that type of discrimination is a proof of that...

Reply:I think it's only illegal if the woman going shirtless causes an accident because people stare at her. I could be wrong. I don't understand how anyone can be responsable for an accident when people that are in the accident should be responsable because they stared.
